Our Return Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free.

Return Policy

Return Period: You have a 14-day grace period from the date of receipt to initiate a return. During this time, unused and undamaged standard products in their original packaging are eligible for return. Please note, however, that custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions: Returned products must be in pristine condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, and tags. We cannot accept items that show signs of use or damage.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team to request a return.
2. Obtain return authorization.
3. Ship the product back to us.

Shipping: Unless the product is defective and within the warranty period, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee: A nominal 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. The product for exchange must remain unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Amount: The refunded amount will include the purchase price of the product, minus the 15% restocking fee and any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to quality issues).

Refund Confirmation: After the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification detailing the specifics of your refund.

Special Circumstances

In the event of quality concerns or if you receive incorrect items, we will issue a full refund, including all associated shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for the best possible resolution.
